During the working day (shift), employees have various kinds of breaks. Three articles of the Russian Federation Labor Code specify several kinds of such breaks: Article 108 covers breaks for recreation and meals; Article 109 covers special breaks for warming-up and recreation; Article 258 covers breaks for child feeding. This Article considers classification of breaks during the working day (shift) and analyses different kinds of breaks.
