Classification of approaches to motivation of cooperators

The article considers classification of approaches to motivation of labor of workers. Motivation is a powerful tool to improve the productivity and quality of work of workers, so research on this issue is quite relevant. Motivation in the management of personnel is seen as a process of activating the totality of employee motives (internal motivation) and creating incentives (external motivation) for inducing quality work. Motivation of employees is an important link in the management of the organization's personnel.
