Over the past few years, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation has been paying significant attention to the development of a behavioral supervision system based on the principles of behavioral economics. In this regard, one of the most important tasks of modern economic policy in the country and regions is the clear identification and generalization of risks, the implementation of which may negatively affect the functioning of the behavioral supervision system. On the one hand, the appropriate classification of risks should include those that are inherent in the behavioral economy itself and the appropriate surveillance system, on the other hand, those risks that are inherent in the environment external to the behavioral economy. The purpose of this work was to develop a classification of approaches to risk identification from the perspective of behavioral economics, and the key tasks were the following: to study the content of behavioral economics, to identify those of its structural components that are the most “risky”, to analyze the positions of various authors regarding the importance of identifying certain risks. Research methods: a systematic approach, the method of comparative analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis.
