Classification of search types and their features: criminal procedural aspect

The article is devoted to the consideration of such an investigative action as a «search», the possibility of which is regulated by law only at the stage of preliminary investigation of a criminal case. Within the framework of the article, the issue of classification of types of searches is subject to consideration, special attention is paid to such a type as «personal search». And also the differences between such investigative actions as «search» and «inspection of the scene» are subject to identification.
