Classification of investigator’s defense versions in criminal cases of bribery

The article draws attention to the expediency of the investigator's forecasting of defense versions (defense versions) in cases of corruption crimes. The classification of defense versions including 8 sections is proposed and their content is disclosed. It is noted that putting forward and verification of defense versions by the investigator will optimize the investigation of corruption crimes, in particular, to avoid a number of procedural and tactical errors of the investigation, to level the notorious accusatory bias, is designed to promote the formation of systematic thinking of the investigator, comprehensive, objective and complete establishment of the circumstances of the crime.
