Classification description of judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as a source of administrative law

The problem of consideration of the Constitutional Court judgments as a source of administrative law in the administrative legal science and other branches of law hasn't been studied sufficiently yet. The article attempts to classify the constitutional legal acts as a source of administrative law. The author defines the role of the Constitutional Court judgments as a normative source of administrative law, which takes its place in the unified system of legal regulators of administrative legal relations.
