The article considers one of the possible mechanisms for the formation and development of the digital economy - public-private partnership. As its practical implementation, it is proposed to consider the possibility of activating cluster public-private projects in the field of information and communication technologies. The Russian experience is considered and recommendations are given on possible measures for the formation and development of the digital economy using this tool.
