Cluster approach to institutional organizational protection of strategic development of the sea transport complex of the region

The author presents an author's approach to the formation of the institutional and organizational foundations for the strategic development of the maritime transport complex of the region on the basis of studying the world experience of clusterization. Present-day understanding of the functional purpose of cluster-type associations is presented and the structural-logical model of the sea transport-logistical cluster of the region is formalized, in which the core of the cluster is identified, enterprises and organizations with vertical and horizontal links with the core are identified, the main subjects influencing the behavior of cluster members are identified.
