Cluster approach to the development of the region’s industry

The article describes the issues concerning the development of the region’s industry. It substantiates the necessity of forming a high-tech production cluster, identifies the sectors with the highest clustering potential. The main guidelines in the development and diversification of the region’s industry on the basis of cluster approach are proposed in the article.
