Clusters as an instrument of structural transformation of the economy

The process of cooperation within the cluster is designed to determine the set of small and medium enterprises - members of the cluster, to form a mechanism for the diffusion of competitive advantages. One of the practically adapted channels for launching the cluster is the formation of pilot projects with a low level of risk (creating a minimally viable product). As the mechanism of the functioning of the cluster and the growth of mutual trust between the participants begin, a systematic transition to more complex, risky and expensive projects begins.
