Comparative clinical and epidemiological characteristics of virus of the tick-borne encephalitis during last 10 years in the Tomsk region are presented in the given article. The analysis of used methods of specific infection prevention in the area is performed. The reasons of forming long maintenance of virus tick-borne encephalitis in blood and preservations of specific antibodies are demonstrated.
