Cell selection of grain crops on resistance to fungi mycotoxins of Fusarium genus

The influence research of phyto-pathogenic fungi strain metabolites of the genus Fusarium, isolated in Siberia, on callus cultures of soft spring wheat sorts showed that their introduction into the nutrient environment at 20% concentration leads to the decrease in viable callus proliferation by 27% on average and the formation of regenerant small amount on their base. The sample most suitable for use in cell selection for receiving forms of wheat resistant to fusarium diseases is determined.
