The competitiveness of commercial bank in the market of banking services considerably is influenced by such factors as customer focus and accounting of individual needs of clients. The customer focus assumes the organization of such system of service which is based on close cooperation of bank, in the person of managers, and the client. In article the concept of the term "customer focus" is considered, the main criteria of definition of assessment of quality of customer service are marked out. Allocation of major factors which are inherent in customer-oriented bank is result of article.
