The variety of hypotheses concerning climatic change infuence on the emergence of new artifacts types and new stone tools' production technologies on the territory of Central, East and North-East Asia have been proposed since the 20-s of XX century. The consideration of the evolution of the archeologists' approaches on the questions of the global and regional climate change and environment's infuence on the processes of the palaeolithic human archeological culture and economic activity development is given in the article.
