Clinical structure of mental disorders in schizophrenic patients compulsorily admitted at the psychiatric hospital and algorithm of psychopharmacotherapy

45 (26 men and 19 women) patients sick of the schizophrenia, at the age from 17 till 66 years (on the average 40 ±1,8 years), hospitalized under the decision of court were examined by the method of continuous sample. It is established, that basic syndrome, caused necessity of not voluntary hospitalization were paranoid hallucinatory and affective delusional states of health. The crazy experiences and frustration of thinking, excitation, ideas of grandeur, suspiciousness and animosity dominated from positive symptoms, at reduction of criticism to the state of health. The developed five-stage algorithm of the psycho pharmacotherapy has shown high enough efficiency and can be recommended for wide introduction in clinical practice.
