The clinical picture of patients with paranoid schizophrenia, dependent on spice, differs significantly from classical patients with paranoid schizophrenia, in particular, negative symptoms (the so-called chimeras) that cause psychiatrists and addiction specialists to make mistakes in verifying the diagnosis, and can also lead to the removal of the diagnosis. The clinical picture of the negative (deficit) symptoms of patients with paranoid schizophrenia seems to us insufficiently studied, as well as approaches to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients. Objective. To study the clinical course of negative (deficit) symptoms in people suffering from paranoid schizophrenia and dependent on synthetic cannabinoids (spices). Methods: clinical-psychopathological, psychometric (SANS, CGI), follow-up, statistical. Results. We examined 190 men suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, 140 of them suffering from addiction synthetic cannabinoids, 50 had no dependence.
