Malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are a rare group of neoplasms characterized by the complexity of diagnosis and treatment. The article presents the results of a study of the clinical features and modern diagnostic methods for malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. The study was based on a retrospective analysis of medical data from 120 patients, covering the period from 2015 to 2023. The clinical symptoms, the effectiveness of imaging technologies (CT, MRI), histological and immunohistochemical studies are considered. A literature review highlighting current trends and approaches in diagnostics has been performed. The importance of early detection and the use of molecular genetic methods is noted.
