Сlinical and social consequences of chronic posttraumatic stress disorders in combatants

The results of clinical psychopathological and socio-demographic and statistical survey of 315 combatants have been introduced. We have revealed the prevalence of PTSD among them. We show low social status of patients with chronic PTSD. We have described three clinical variants of the disease: neurosis, psychopathia, addiction.
