Data of a psychopathological picture of decompensation at 35 patients, suffering by borderline personality disorder are cited. The most frequent variants of decompensation are depressive, somatoforming and dis-turbing disorders that is accompanied by abusing psychoactive substances and self-damaging behaviour. Rare forms of decompensation in the kind of transitory crazy ideas are described. The basic targets for psychopharmacological treatment and psychotherapy are indicated
