The clinical case of intensive therapy in a patient with preeclampsia and multiple organ failure (MODS) is presented with the development of cardiorespiratory failure due to preeclampsia and dilated cardiomyopathy, led to diagnostic and therapeutics difficulties and required to non-standard approach to intensive care. A vivid example of effective and safe infusion therapy in a patient with multiple organ failure is presented after assessing water-sectoral disorders of the organism with subsequent fulfillment of target tasks.
