Over the past 10 years we have seen a steady increase in the incidence of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. The primary lesion of the gastrointestinal tract is detected in 2/3 patients. The most common histological structure for this B-large cell lymphoma affecting the stomach, small and large intestines. The most common lymphoma, affecting the intestine, revealed in men of working age. In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of 60-70% are compounded ileus, while life-threatening conditions such as bleeding and perforation tumors are relatively rare and are only 1-3% of cases. This article provides a clinical case of large-B-non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the ileum, complicated by perforation, local peritonitis.
