The article discusses a clinical case of a mongrel dog named Zosia with tetraparesis and severe pain syndrome upon admission. The diagnosis revealed a tumor of the third cervical (C3) vertebra compressing the spinal cord. The article describes the chosen treatment method and its results, and highlights the nuances of surgical treatment. The treatment methods used can be considered in cases similar to described.
