Clinical case of a spinal stroke in a young person with an anomaly Kimmerle

The problem of cerebral and spinal cord blood circulation disorders is one of the most urgent in modern neurology, and circulatory disorders in the vertebro-basilar system become a frequent cause of these disorders. The authors present the clinical case of a spinal stroke in a young person, caused by a combination of various pathological factors and, in particular, the Kimmerl anomaly. The analysis of the patient's pathological factors was made and a probable scenario of the pathological events that led to the vascular accident was drawn up.
