Clinical case report of successive surgical treatment of traumatic discharge of depriving department of aorta

We present the clinical case report of successful surgical treatment of a traumatic rupture of the descending aorta. A patient of 30 years, entered the republican clinical hospital namedN. A. Semashko, was inspected by a multidisciplinary brigade. According to CT-angiography CT-signs of rupture of the wall of the descending aorta. The operation for emergency indications was performed - prosthetics of the descending aorta department. The postoperative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged on the 16th day after the operation in a satisfactory condition.
