The clinical vector of modernization of the social work platform 1.0 in the context of new global challenges

The study aims to identify and analyze the problems that determine the clinical vector of modernization of the social work platform 1.0 against the background of a new global challenge such as the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The transformation of the social work model in the context of global life challenges makes adjustments to the large-scale social functioning of a human being by changing the value strategies of mass pathogenic behavior. The retrospective approach made it possible to characterize the changes in the established paradigms of assistance in their unity and dynamics, contradictions and regularities, the logic of transversality processes, and to justify the relevance of the new vector of social work development. In the context of transitive processes (uncertainty, variability, multiple diversity), amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic, the reasons and features of the clinical orientation in the transformation of the social work platform 1.0 are outlined.
