The clinical case of the successful catheter ablation of three arrhythmic types (ventricular ectopia, common atrial flutter and «lone» atrial fibrillation) in young woman was presented. The fourth-chambers combined 3D-reconstruction was done in CARTO-system conditions, then the focal ablation in septal part of the RV outflow tract, cavotricuspid ablation and periostial PV's isolation were performed.
