Clinical progress and effectivness of tuberculous treatment with drug resistence of the patogen

According to clinical analyses of 458 hospitolised pacients with tuberculousis 125 of them were found drug resistant. It was found that during clinical study of the patogen with drugs: patogen expention and chronicity, complexity in 40 % cases and 68 % acompained diseases - chronic viral hepatitis and alcoholism, HIV infection and narcotism. It was apperent that low effectiveness of drugs, closed cavity and erotion and abacillation in 1/4 and 1/3 of the pacients - it was also found that low sensitivity of the patogen in tuberculous drugs and low rate of healing.
