Clinical-biological predictors of therapeutic response in patients with endogenomorphic depression

Patients (n=53) with endogenomorphic depression were studied. Two groups with a positive therapeutic response to monotherapy with antidepressants with different chemical structures (n=37) and combination therapy with an antidepressant in combination with an atypical antipsychotic (n=16) were distinguished. Clinical-biological predictors of the efficiency of monotherapy and combined therapy of endogenomorphic depression, also in the aspect of premorbid formal-dynamic level of personality (temperament) were identified.
