The purpose of the study is to study the clinical and demographic characteristics of patients with nodulation in the thyroid gland and uterus. Material and research methods. We examined 127 women with nodules in the thyroid gland and uterus aged 18 to 55 years. All patients underwent a study of the levels of TSH, free thyroxine, antibodies to TPO, antibodies to the levels of LH, FSH, progesterone, E2, VEGF-A, TNF-alfa, TG-binding globulin, insulin, steroid hormones, as well as a study of the functional state of the thyroid glands (ultrasound of the thyroid gland, uterus, appendages, fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid gland), etc. Results and its discussion. The vast majority of patients were females, aged 18 to 44 years: 102 (80.3%), that is, young and able-bodied age. An analysis of the complaints of our patients revealed that the most common complaints were general weakness - 75 cases out of 127 (59.0%), dry extremities - 64 (50.9%), constipation - 52 (40.9%), memory loss - 49 (38.5%) , oligomenorrhea - 44 (34.6%), etc. With these complaints, they are observed in various specialists. Thus, the studies performed have shown that it is necessary to continue research into the search for prognostic risk factors regarding the outcomes of nodulation in the thyroid gland and uterus, especially in their associated course. Conclusions. In the first place among the risk factors were excessive salt intake (60.6%), frequent stress (49.6%), then - overweight (40.9%), the onset of the disease in perimenopause (28.3%), the onset of the disease in postmenopausal (16.5%), arterial hypertension (14.9%), and hereditary burden for nodes in the thyroid gland and uterus was less common - 11.8% / 10.2%, respectively.
