Retinoblastoma (RbL) is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in children. This study analyzed the clinical features of RbL and the effectiveness of diagnostic methods. A total of 60 patients (75 eyes) were included, with most cases diagnosed before the age of 3. Ultrasonography (A- and B-scans) and tomography (CT/MRI) demonstrated high diagnostic accuracy. Ultrasonography showed an accuracy of 98.3%, while CT and MRI were 93.3% accurate. The effective use of these methods is critical for the early diagnosis and management of retinoblastoma.
