Kliniko-diagnosticheskie aspects of delays of mental development in children of 5 - 7 years

Features of the children having a delay of mental development are presented in the literary review. The theoretical foundation of a problem of studying of children with a delay of mental development laid by L.S. Vygotsky is covered. Development of strong-willed, emotional, cognitive, motivational components is analyses it is normal also at a delay of mental development.
