Clinical and diagnostic parallels hemodynamics and intra-abdominal hypertension in shock children

Studies have shown that the increase in intraabdominal pressure against the background of pronounced hemodynamic disorders in patients of pediatric intensive care unit is accompanied by a progression of oxygen transport disorders. Clinical and prognostic significance of measurement of pressure in the bladder in those clinical situations when the patient has manifestations of hemodynamic instability is emphasized. Data on the level of intra-abdominal pressure can also increase the quality of diagnostics of severity.
