Clinical-dynamic characteristics of mental disturbances formation accompanying orthopedic diseases

The article demonstrates regularities of mental disturbances formation accompanying orthopedic diseases which are predetermined by influence of somatogenic, psychogenic and social factors. Phenomenological analysis reveals necessity of dynamic research of psychopathological disorders within continuum «reaction - state - development». The author determines clinical range of separate nosological forms of the neurotic circle - varying from effaced situationally predetermined to deeply personal. The author also distinguishes clinical variants of dynamically developing mental disturbances of patients with congenital and acquired pathology of the locomotor system
