Clinical and dynamic features of schizophrenia in patients with first psychotic episode and accompanying somatic pathology

In the article the results of schizophrenia clinic research in two groups of patients - with accompanying somatic pathology and without it have been described. It has been identified that patients with schizophrenia and somatic co-morbidity have a number of clinical features: less expressed clinical manifestations and a later, gradual beginning of a mental disorder. Clinical and dynamic features of this category of patients can cause the untimely beginning of psychopharmacotherapy.
