Chronic heart failure (CHF) is one of the most frequent complications of a number of diseases of the cardiovascular system, largely determining the severity of the underlying disease and its prognosis. Considering the unfavorable course and high mortality rate, the study of the features of clinical and functional characteristics for the purpose of determining the further prognosis of this disease is of great importance in CHF [1,3,4]. In this work, the clinical and functional characteristics of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) were analyzed depending on the functional class. Laboratory-instrumental indices of patients were also studied.
