Aimed at studying the characteristics of blood supply in patients with cubital canal syndrome 84 patients were examined and divided into 3 equal groups: the 1st one having cubital canal syndrome with undifferentiated connective tissue displasia, the 2nd one having tunnel neuropathy with cervical osteochondrosis and radiculopathy, the 3rd one having combination of tunnel syndrome and connective tissue dysplasia with cervical osteochondrosis. Signs of angiospasm accompanied by the reduced blood flow linear rate and increased PI, RI were revealed. These signs were more evident in combined pathology. SBI index was the most informative in tunnel neuropathy.
