Clinical and immunological estimation of application calcium containing preparations at treatment of patients with chronicle apical periodontitis

Has been Treated 71 patient with destructive forms of a chronic apical periodontitis, from them about 20 patients been treated by a traditional method without temporary root obturation, and 52 patients where treated with temporary sealing of root channels with Calcium containing preparations: in 23 cases been used «Fosfadent-bio», and in 28 - «Сalaseрt». During the using of Calcium containing preparations studying of immunological indicators of gum liquid has revealed faster restoration of local cellular and humoral immunity.
