The article analyzes the data,obtained in the retrospective analysis and follow-up of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, in a gastroenterology department. Revealed the prevalence of which amounted to 5,9 %, gender and age aspects, clinical and endoscopic features of the course of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, analysis of pathogenetic treatment of patients. The results obtained were compared with published data.
