Processes of vascular channel changing of non-free groin skin flap and dynamics of vascular linksЃf formation with recipient bed after its transposition using different variants of vascular pedicle sympathectomy (periarterial, perivenous and combined) were investigated. Reaction of vascular bed, epidermis and derma of non-free groin skin flap depends on sympathectomy variant performed. Preservation of vascular adventitia creates the most favorable conditions for adaptation and integration of flaps.
