Diseases of the oral cavity make up a large group among all pathologies. The process of changing teeth is complex and poorly studied. Various changes in the oral cavity are accompanied by changes in blood parameters. We analyzed the clinical and morphological parameters of the blood of dogs of dwarf breeds during the period of tooth change. According to our research, we found that dogs with physiological and untimely tooth changes have differences in clinical and morphological parameters. It was found that during the period of changing teeth in dogs of dwarf breeds with physiological and non-timely change of teeth, clinical, morphological and biochemical blood parameters were included in the reference range. In dogs of dwarf breeds with untimely change of teeth, the hemoglobin level is 7.4 % higher, the hematocrit is 16.2 % higher, and the number of lymphocytes is 17.9 % lower, compared to dogs with a physiological change of teeth.
