Clinical-pathogenetic, social-epidemiologic ontogenesis' Factors of affective disorders (early diagnostic and preventive aspects

The results of study of clinical-pathogenetic, social-epidemiological ontogenesis' factors of affective disorders are presented. The prevalence, comorbidity and polymorphism factors of affective disorders are estimated. High occurrence of seasonal affective disorders among children and adolescents is revealed. The clinical and therapeutical features of bereavement depression and depression in elderly at palliative care department are studied. Use of complex therapy methods is more effective as compared with antidepressant monotherapy. Studying of apoptosis mechanisms, prognostic criteria of effectiveness mono/complex affective disorders treatment are developed on clinical-biological basis.
