Analyzed clinical examples of completed children''s and teen suicides. It demonstrated the complexity of the qualification of such actions in the given age group. In addition, it raised the question "mentally defective" soil teenager who committed suicide. The work demonstrates the relevance of the affected issues in a particular subject of the Russian Federation, which suggests further research and practical, scientific and theoretical research in this field.
