Clinical and anamnestic determinants of conjugated jaundices in the mature newborns

The authors have emphasized the clinical laboratory and instrumental findings ofconjugated jaundice in the mature newborns. Perinatal hypoxic ischemic damage of central nervous system (88,6%), fetal infection (65,7%), congenital malformation (20%), intrauterine growth retardation (14,3%) were the accident pathology. Electrophototherapy + ursofalk (hepatoprotector) were the main method of treatment.
