The article discusses the key aspects of the formation of technical requirements for intercom warning systems. With the development of modern technologies, intercom notification systems have become more complex and multifunctional, integrate with other security systems, and use new technologies (IP technologies, wireless networks, cloud services). Intercom warning systems are used in different areas (residential buildings, office buildings, industrial facilities, social facilities), which requires different approaches to the formation of technical requirements.
