Key aspects of construction of eco-hotel “Power of Altai” in the area of Cheybekkel lake, Altai region

Despite the large volume of unloaded room stock, currently in some regions of Russia can be observed a lack of facilities for the development of tourism industry, which at the same time should meet the consumer expectations of tourists and be oriented to the international level of service. The variety and possibility of affordable recreation at the interregional level in the future will be able to replace the basic needs of tourists. Thus, it is necessary to consider in more detail the potential of the Altai Republic territory as a basis not only for attracting tourists, but also for stimulating internal flows in the region, developing new formats of tours, introducing green building in Russia. This article identifies the main trends, problems and prospects for the design and construction of eco-hotels on the territory of the Altai Republic. In addition, the systematization of foreign experience in the construction of unique hotel complexes formed the basis for the development of our own design solution, in which the pristine natural environment is harmoniously combined with modern infrastructure.
