Key factors and reserves of growth of labor productivity in modern conditions of the Russian economy

The article deals with the key factors of labor productivity growth, as well as the reserves of its increase. Since at present there is a need to improve the efficiency of work in the enterprise, a high level can be achieved, taking into account certain factors. Also, the main directions in which it is possible to ensure the growth of labor productivity are outlined.
