Key factors influenced by the development of hydrocarbon resources in the Arctic on the socio-economic development of the regions of the AZRF

The article discusses aspects of the influence of the development of hydrocarbon resources in the Arctic on the socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Arctic, analyzes the most important relationships between the oil and gas sector and the main directions of socio-economic development. The study substantiates the need to use approaches based on integrated, rational and systemic solutions in the implementation of oil and gas projects in the Russian Arctic, taking into account the optimization of the relationship between man, economy and nature, the environment, analysis of the possibilities of the territory, reproduction of social, economic, resource and environmental potentials.
