Key elements of safety culture

Security is one of the most important aspects in various spheres of society. In everyday life, a person is obliged to independently make certain choices in favor of his safety. But in professional activities, the employer is responsible for his safety. The employer is obliged to provide safe working conditions for employees at their workplaces and to immediately take certain measures if these conditions do not comply with safety regulations. This is stated in Article 214 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. An important element of ensuring safety in an organization is safety culture. According to the International Labor Organization, there are 340 million occupational accidents every year, and the main reasons include a poor safety culture and neglect of occupational safety and health standards.
