Key communication skills in management

The article considers the problem of communication, which does not lose its relevance in modern management, as an integrating management process. According to various estimates, from 70 to 85% of the main problems of people management are related to communications, or rather, to poor quality and errors in their implementation. Therefore, the unconditional factor of a manager's success is communication skills, and with different groups of recipients and senders of information. Among them are colleagues, management, subordinates, representatives of the external environment of the organization. The positions of domestic and foreign authors on the role of communications in management were analyzed and it turned out that there are practically no contradictions and disagreements - all the authors agree on the high importance of communications and the need for communication skills among managers.
