Key features of the victim’s personality as one of the main elements of the criminalistic characteristics of property crimes, committed by migrants

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the victim in the general structure of the tactics of production of certain investigative actions on property crimes committed by migrants. The author considers the victim as the main link in the criminalistic characteristics of the crime, thus allowing the obtained data on the victim's personality to become the basis for the initial criminalistic versions. The informational and behavioural "image" of the victim recreates a consistent chronology of the events that occurred. The author substantiates the position that emotional-behavioural features of the victim's personality largely predetermine the mechanism of committing a crime, and further analysis of these features allows to see and evaluate the individual properties of the personality of both the perpetrator and the victim.
